Newly Chelsea striker, Nicolas Jackson has disclosed what his friend Sadio mane, a former Liverpool midfielder told him about his newly found team before joining the club. According to Jackson, Mane gave him a good appraisal of the new coach at the Stamford Bridge, Mauricio Pochettino. The new striker signed a £30million deal with the blues on Friday when he bids a farewell to his former club Villarreal.


The 22years old scored nine goals in his last eight games that earned him the ticket to move to Stamford Bridge club to play with senior colleagues. 

However, he spoke with Sadio Mane being a former English forward, Liverpool, to help guide him on how things work in English club. 

In his statement, Jackson said, “I spoke to Sadio Mane about him and he spoke very highly of him, he said amazing things about him. 

“Sadio told me the manager is going to help me a lot to improve and do well if I listen to what he has to tell me, so that is exactly what I’m going to do,” Jackson told Chelsea’s official website after his transfer was confirmed. 

Jackson is set to play for the blues in this season of his football carrier.
