2023: PDP Moves Deadline For Sale Of Nomination Forms

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Thursday in Abuja revealed that it is further extended the closing dates for the purchase and submission of expression of interest and nomination forms for the 2023 general elections to April 14 and April 17 respectively. The party made the disclosure in a statement by its National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba. Based on the new timelines, the last day for the purchase of all forms had been extended to April 14, while the last day for the submission of all forms had been extended to April 17.

Osinbajo Formally Declares Interest To Contest For 2023 Presidency

Vice President Professor Yemi Osinbajo has officially declared his quest to run for the 2023 presidential race to succeed his boss President Muhammadu Buhari. Osinbajo made this declaration in the early hours of 11th April 2022 via a video post on Twitter. “I am today, with utmost humility formally declaring my intention to run for the office of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on the platform of APC,” the Vice President noted in the video. Oshiomhole Declares For Senate

Former Governor of Edo State and former National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Comrade Adams Oshiomhole has on Monday declared to contest to represent Edo North Senatorial District in the 2023 elections. Oshiomhole made the declaration during his 70th birthday celebration at his country home in Iyamoh, Etsako West Local Government Area. “I have resolved to contest and I am sure to get the ticket and become the candidate to represent Edo North senatorial district come 2023,” he said.
